Attention all parents of players wishing to try out for Salmon Arm Minor Hockey Association’s U13 Tier 1 team:

If your son/daughter wishes to attend tryouts, the deadline to register is Tuesday, Aug. 9th which is the Tuesday after the long weekend.

Please send in form and we will follow up with medical form that must be completed before player attends practice. Without this completed and sent in, players will not be able to participate.

Rep tryout fee is $150 and must be e transferred to Deb Petty, registrar at bookkeeper@salmonarmminorhockey.com
