Tournament cancellation policy: If any team that has been accepted/paid and then wishes to cancel, will not receive entry fee back unless replacement team can be found. There will be a $100 admin. Fee. If any team wishes to cancel within 28 days of the tournament, will not receive any refund. If replacement team can be found, the team will receive 50% of their entry fee returned minus a $100 admin fee.
